Good Insight Receives National Recognition from Forbes Magazine

I’m delighted to announce that Good Insight has been honored by Forbes Magazine as one of 150 of America’s Best Executive Recruitment Firms for 2023. I am so proud to share this achievement with the entire Good Insight team, in recognition of our success in connecting good causes with great leaders.

It’s especially gratifying see Good Insight’s mission-driven work valued alongside our business-focused counterparts. At a time where the social sector has never been more relevant, our focus remains squarely on meeting the unique leadership challenges of nonprofits, foundations, and associations. Since our founding, we have placed dozens leaders in the arts, education, community services, the environment and more, including prominent nonprofits like Martha’s Table, Carpenter’s Shelter, and Sixth & I, among many others.

How did we make the list? Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey more than 5,200 external recruiters, HR or hiring managers, and job seekers with recent experience working with a recruiting firm. The top 150 scoring firms made the list. That this is an industry-wide recognition from clients and peers makes us cherish this achievement all the more.

As a woman-owned small business focused on executive recruiting advances racial, economic, and gender equality, it is deeply satisfying to know that our clients and job candidates see and appreciate the values of respect, kindness, and authenticity we champion. As we look ahead to 2023 searches with the Greater DC Diaper Bank, Art Enables, the Partnership for America’s Children, the District Alliance for Safe Housing, and more, we’ll continue the practices that have earned our partners’ trust and Forbes’ recognition.
