Each year we receive thousands of applications for a few dozen nonprofit, association, and philanthropic roles. Each client makes an offer to a single candidate, despite there being many qualified applicants who put their hat in the ring.

Our process begins with working with our clients to identify a prioritized list of the key qualifications of the role — skills, experiences, and attributes that are necessary leadership qualities that reflect the organization’s lifecycle, budget size, and team culture.

Each application is compared against these priorities, with multiple team members reviewing each application. The most qualified applicants are invited to a preliminary conversation with a member of our team, with typically a handful advancing to the client’s hiring team.

Every member of our team knows — truly first hand — that searching for a job is stressful and high stakes. We are honored to have your application, and know that we hold it in utmost confidentiality.
