EveryMind welcomes Chief Advancement Officer
We are pleased to share that our client, EveryMind, has appointed Stephanie Benedetti as its new Chief Advancement Officer. Benedetti joins EveryMind’s senior leadership team in January 2026.
As Chief Advancement Officer, Benedetti will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of EveryMind’s fundraising, marketing, and advocacy efforts. Over the past five years, EveryMind has more than doubled in size, significantly expanding its reach, services, and impact across the region. Benedetti’s appointment reflects EveryMind’s commitment to advancing this work at a critical moment in the organization’s evolution.

In her new role, Benedetti will partner with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to diversify revenue, advance a cohesive culture of philanthropy, and position EveryMind as a leading voice for mental health and wellness across the region.

Benedetti’s placement results from an extensive national search led by Good Insight, an award-winning, Washington, DC-based executive search firm with an executive focus on nonprofits, associations, and foundations. Kate Dykgraaf, Ana Chapa, and Erin Lau led the search on behalf of Good Insight.
About Stephanie Benedetti
Stephanie Benedetti is an accomplished advancement leader with more than a decade of experience in development, marketing, advocacy, and organizational growth within complex human services organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief Development Officer at The Arc Montgomery County, where she increased donor revenue by 124 percent in her first year, strengthened donor engagement systems, and secured seven-figure, multi-year funding to support new disability programming.
Previously, Benedetti spent nearly a decade as Senior Vice President of External Affairs at Lighthouse Louisiana, where she helped nearly double the organization’s revenue and scale while overseeing development, marketing, advocacy, earned revenue programming, and government contracts. Across her career, she has demonstrated a consistent record of building diverse funding streams, leading high-performing teams, and aligning advancement strategies with mission-driven outcomes.
Benedetti holds a Master of Science in Education with a nonprofit emphasis from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and is actively engaged in community leadership and volunteer service.
