Welcoming Danielle Soba to the Good Insight Team

The Good Insight team is pleased to announce the addition of Danielle Soba as our newest Search Associate.

Danielle joins our team with a strong commitment to advancing equitable justice and over four years of experience as a nonprofit professional focused on managing projects and volunteers for youth and community-based organizations. She recently completed her Masters of Arts in International Affairs with a certificate in African Studies from Boston University. 

Good Insight CEO Carlyn Madden said the following about Danielle joining the team:

Our clients and team will all benefit from Danielle’s detailed approach to project management, her keen awareness of how to advance racial equity in the workplace, and her expertise in nonprofit youth development and civic engagement.”

Regarding her new role, Danielle shared:
