One of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firm in 2025

We’re thrilled to be acknowledged by Forbes as #113 in 2025’s list of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms. This is our third year in a row receiving this prestigious award, moving our way up from #129 in 2023.

This recognition from Forbes and Statista is based on survey responses from nearly 10,000 recruiters, hiring managers, and employees with recent experience working with search firms. Recognition from our clients and peers makes us cherish this achievement all the more. We continue to have the honor of being the highest ranked firm headquartered in Washington, DC, one of three firms in the region that exclusively focus on social impact placements, and one of only two women-owned firms in the region.

With demands on nonprofit leaders never greater, I am pleased to see Forbes’ continued validation of nonprofit executive search. The excellent leaders at the helm of our communities’ nonprofits matter more today than ever before. Day-in and day-out, they are facing political, economic, and organizational crises with strength and resilience. We are proud to play an important role connecting these great leaders to good causes.

Since our founding, we have worked across the country to place dozens of leaders in arts, education, community services, the environment, and more.
