Good Insight named one of America’s Top 150 Executive Recruiting Firms in 2024

We’re thrilled to be acknowledged by Forbes as #118 in a list of America’s Top 150 Executive Recruiting Firms. This is our second year in a row receiving this achievement!

This prestigious recognition from Forbes and Statista is based on survey responses from nearly 10,000 recruiters, hiring managers, and employees with recent experience working with search firms. Recognition from our clients and peers makes us cherish this achievement all the more. We also have the honor of being the highest ranked firm headquartered in Washington, DC, one of three firms in the region that exclusively focus on social impact placements, and one of only two women-owned firms in the region.

It’s a special treat to see mission-driven work recognized alongside our corporate counterparts. The nonprofit sector, inclusive of community-based organizations, foundations, and associations, makes up a third of America’s workforce. Our mission is to connect good causes to great leaders, and our team of incredible professionals work hard to ensure we fulfill that mission with each search. Since our founding, we have worked across the country to place dozens of leaders in arts, education, community services, the environment, and more. Last year we were proud to work with organizations like Art Enables, the District Alliance for Safe Housing, the Greater DC Diaper Bank, the Partnership for America’s Children, and the Northern Virginia Health Foundation.
