Jubilee Housing welcomes Chief Financial Officer
We are pleased to share our client, Jubilee Housing, has appointed Haribo Kamara-Taylor as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Kamara-Taylor will lead Jubilee’s financial strategy, overseeing finance, accounting, and compliance to support the organization’s Justice Housing® model and continued growth across its affordable housing and resident services portfolio. He began new role in March 2026.

A seasoned nonprofit finance and operations executive, Kamara-Taylor brings a strong track record of advancing financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability in nonprofits focused on affordable housing and education. He has managed complex budgets, overseen millions in public and private funding, improved internal processes, and ensured compliance with government contracts and regulations. He’s known for building strong finance teams, connecting day-to-day operations to big-picture goals, and steering organizations through growth and change — all while improving transparency and supporting strategic decision-making at the leadership and board level.
