Welcoming Ana Chapa to the Good Insight Team
Good Insight is pleased to announce the addition of Ana Chapa as our newest Director of Search.
With a career dedicated to supporting diverse communities, Ana brings executive experience leading programs in education, workforce development, and faith-based organizations. Her past roles have spanned talent management, program development, and fundraising. A bicultural and bilingual leader, Ana is passionate about building diverse organizations where people want to work and grow.

Ana shared:

Prior to joining Good Insight, Ana led Apoyo LLC, a consulting firm focused on organizational capacity building, DEIA efforts, program development, fundraising, and community relations. In this role, she worked on grantmaking strategies, strategic planning, development campaigns, and the development of new programming related to workforce development and early childhood education.
Ana spent 12 years at Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School, where she led the development of a unique corporate work study program that matched high school students with real life employment opportunities in additional to their educational curriculum. She successfully oversaw Don Bosco’s $10 million capital campaign and rebuilt the development department amid the COVID-19 pandemic. She is member of Leadership Greater Washington’s Class of 2018.
