EveryMind names Senior Director of Human Resources

Good Insight is please to share that EveryMind, a leading mental health services organization, announced the appointment of Kelly Collins as their new Senior Director of Human Resources, following an extensive search. She joined EveryMind in March 2024.

Collins brings profound expertise and dedication to fostering engaging and supportive workplace cultures. In her new capacity, Collins will lead efforts to cultivate talent management strategies and professional development programs that enhance the organization’s capacity to deliver comprehensive mental health services. Collins served previously as EveryMind’s Director of Human Resources from 2017-2020.

Collins shared her excitement about her new role, highlighting the organization’s critical mission: “EveryMind’s work is so valuable and needed. About Kelly Collins

With a passion for creating positive, highly engaged, resilient workplaces, Kelly Collins has worked to create individual, departmental, and organization-wide initiatives that promote professional development, increase engagement, and reduce stress. She often incorporates the concepts of Emotional Intelligence into her work and is certified as an Emotional Intelligence coach (EQi).

Collins has more than 20 years working in the behavioral health industry as a clinician, an administrator, and a Human Resources professional. She brings those experiences together to advocate for and support mentally healthy organizations and the employees who work for them.

She is past President and current Communications Director of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. 

Collins holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Virginia Tech.
