U.S.-Japan Bridging Foundation seeks next Executive Director
Good Insight has been retained by the US-Japan Bridging Foundation (USJBF) to conduct a global search for its first full-time Executive Director. Founded in 1998, USJBF strengthens the US-Japan relationship through its Bridging Scholars program, which awards several hundred scholarships to U.S. undergraduate students to study abroad in Japan each year.
USJBF is seeking an established leader with a passion for cultural exchange programs. Professional or educational experiences with Japan are a plus, but not a requirement for this role. USJBF has ambitious growth plans for its scholarship programs, so a record of successful fundraising in either global or domestic settings would be a real asset.
While they have historically been headquartered here in DC, the board is based all over and they are open to remote work for the perfect candidate. Salary has been budgeted around $125k. A full job description and application process can be found on our website.
We look forward to sharing the results of the search this summer!
