District Alliance for Safe Housing names Chief of Staff

We are pleased to share that our client, the District Alliance for Safe Housing (DASH), welcomed Shaterri Casteel as the organization’s Chief of Staff following an extensive national search led by Good Insight. Casteel began her role on March 4.

DASH works across Washington, DC to eliminate barriers to safe housing for survivors of domestic and sexual violence, helping thousands rebuild their lives on their own terms.

“As DASH evolves to meet the needs of our community, Shaterri will be an essential part of our leadership team and operations,” said Koube Ngaaje, President & CEO of DASH. “I am thrilled to welcome her to this role and DASH.”

“I thrive at transforming big ideas into actionable plans,” said Casteel. “I am eager to work alongside the talented team at DASH to tackle complex challenges and make safe housing a reality for the survivors we serve.”
