Radiant Hall seeks next Executive Director

Good Insight is conducting a national search for the next Executive Director of Radiant Hall, a nonprofit based in Pittsburgh, PA that creates and preserves art studio environments for working creatives.

Founded in 2012, Radiant Hall supports Pittsburgh’s community of artists by developing and maintaining affordable studio space. Their mission is grounded in the belief that the preservation of space for artists is the foundation of any vibrant community.

Radiant Hall is approaching an exciting new chapter as their founder steps aside after 10 years. The incoming Executive Director will be an enthusiastic supporter of artists and creatives, bringing new vision to Radiant Hall reach its full potential to preserve studio space, build its visibility, and find new ways to support the community and engage new audiences.

The Executive Director leads a team of seven and works in close partnership with a Managing Director responsible for operations. They oversee a budget of approximately $400K, and will lead its growth over time.
