Genesys Works seeks Development Director for the National Capital Region

Good Insight has been retained by Genesys Works of the National Capital Region (GWNCR) to conduct a search for its next Development Director. Founded in 2002, Genesys Works supports high school students with workforce readiness skills and facilitates placements at corporate partners in DC and across Northern Virginia.

GWNCR is seeking an entrepreneurial fundraiser with a passion providing youth with opportunities to thrive. The incoming director should have experience managing individual and/or corporate giving portfolios. Experience at a small nonprofit is a major plus – GWNCR values scrappy, grassroots nonprofit backgrounds. This is a great role for an emerging development leader or someone stepping out of development consulting for the stability of full-time employment.
