Good Insight is please to share that if, A Foundation for Radical Possibility (if) recently hired Madison Sherman as Director of Communications. Sherman began her new role in January 2024, following an extensive search led by Good Insight.
“Madison has the proven skills and passion to help our organization advance policies and drive systems change for racial justice,” said Temi F. Bennett, if’s co-CEO. “Her experience as a storyteller and digital strategist are invaluable as we endeavor to build new partnerships and awareness at a growing scale.”

Sherman will lead the organization’s communications efforts to shift narratives about anti-Black racism and its ill impacts on society and create new narratives that center the voices and experiences of people living in oppressive systems. at the sharpest intersection of systems of oppression such as race, class, and gender identity.

About Madison Sherman
Madison Sherman is a communications strategist and storyteller who specializes in designing social and political digital content that uplifts injustices in BIPOC communities. Her work has been featured in Teen Vogue, The Root, TIME Magazine, and Essence.
In her previous position as a Campaign Director at Color Of Change, Sherman led and managed a team of campaigners who built impactful racial justice campaigns across five broad criminal justice issue areas, using both proven and experimental online and offline tactics.
Sherman has a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from George Washington University, with minors in music performance and criminal justice.
